Prevail™ Farm Disinfectants Have a New Formula and New Look

Prevail now has a new look and a more powerful Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide® (AHP®) formula for the Ready-to-Use (RTU) and Wipes product portfolio.

Accompanied by a refreshed label design, Prevail RTU and Wipes are now powered by a new, superior Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) formula.  Prevail RTU and Wipes retain their trusted Prevail safety profile while introducing several improvements that further set them apart from the competition. Now featuring faster contact times, additional efficacy claims, and a longer shelf life, Prevail RTU and Wipes further advance the standard of disinfection in agricultural operations in Canada.

Prevail customers can now expect:

  • A 1-minute contact time for viruses, bacteria, mycobacteria and fungi with a formulation that is now three times faster than the previous 3-minute formula.
  • An expanded claims list with over 25 new virucidal claims and 25 new bactericidal claims. The new formulation also introduces a mildewcidal claim.
  • Key new claims targeting specific viruses and pathogens that are of concern to the agricultural industry. These claims include Avian Influenza Virus, Avian Reovirus, Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDv), Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSv) and Foot and Mouth Disease Virus (FMDv).
  • An extended 3-year shelf life, both opened and unopened, compared to the previous 2-year shelf life. This ensures that Prevail Farm Disinfectants remain effective and reliable for a longer duration, reducing the need for frequent restocking.
